Seriously Great Taco Seasoning

Quick Description:
By using three different chilies, Mexican oregano and just the right touch of
onion, we managed to get this blend to work without adding a ton of salt.
In short it will rock your Taco World. Try it in guacamole or as a rub for tri-tip.

Story Behind the Blend
Thinking that the world really didn't need another Taco blend, I didn't sell this blend for years.
Then, my friend Paul casually mentioned that he enjoyed the tacos he had at our house and
could I send over some of the blend. The next weekend, we whipped up our first batch and
to our surprise, we sold out at our Sunday Farmers' Market.  Thanks Paul!
Ironically, of all the cool blends we make this one is our very best seller. Everyone loves it.
Not surprising really, we use three kinds of chilies, organic garlic and onion for a clean fresh
taste and a brawny oregano for a super rich flavor. The result...well you be the judge.
While Seriously Great Taco Blend makes a killer taco, it is just as good on tri-tip and makes
a lovely addition to vegetarian dishes and adds a nice flare to guacamole.
