I had to make two desserts for Thanksgiving and added some of the pumpkin pie spice to give them an an extra lift. Despite having to cook dairy-free and gluten-free, my huckleberry pie and apple tarts were a hit with my guests because of the addition of the excellent pumpkin pie spice mix. It will definitely fulfill the high-flavor quotient of whatever you are baking.

"Simple Fresh and Good" remain my mantra of cooking. I typically buy my spices in bulk at a local store and I've always avoided buying premade blends but your spices have truly amazed me with their complexity and depth of taste. Even something as mundane as pumpkin pie blend surprised me with a nuttiness that I had not appreciated before.
