Each collection includes: Our Brine Blend: This is a lovely herb blend accented with juniper berry ( Bonus: it works great on pork.) It's made from organic spices-we do not add salt, as we can't see the logic of asking our customers to pay for something most kitchens have on hand.
Our Fall Herbs Blend: This is just the blend to use to make your Turkey stuffing the best ever. Full of sage and other herby goodies, it adds wonderful flavor to soups as well.
Our Quatre Epices This is wonderful stuff for making knock-out good ginger bread cookies and cakes. Spicy, sweet and compelling: ginger, clove,nutmeg & black pepper= big flavor.
Moroccan Tajine Blend This is one of my holiday secrets. It is wonderful with sweeter root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots or squash, plus it makes a great chicken stew. Around this time of year, I like to serve a butter neck squash soup flavored with just a dash of this spice and a swirl of sour cream. It's always a hit!
Curry This is another great spice you'll want to have on hand. Use it to make a great turkey curry, to flavor dips or add that special something to a Waldorf salad. Mild with a very balanced flavor profile this Indian spice is one of my very best!
Our California Extra Virgin Olive Oil This is from the new 2011 harvest!--- Fresh, Fresh, Fresh. A mix of Sevillano and Mission olives this blend is full of smooth, lovely fruit flavor. Use it to to prep vegetables for roasting, in dips or to saute.
