Many thanks to Cheryl and everyone who took the time to write or phone us. The kind words and recipe ideas are greatly appreciated, My very best, Kathy
"Yesterday, I opened the Olive Oil. I made a salad with turkey, spring lettuce mix, celery, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, and gorgonzola cheese. For the dressing I used your olive oil mixed with one tbsp. of balsamic vinegar. It was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Today, I purchased a salad (without dressing) and came home and used the same olive oil and balsamic mixture. Again, wonderful.
I’m on a roll and decided to make next week an arugula/watermelon salad. The dressing will be orange juice, lemon juice, shallots, honey, your olive oil, salt and pepper. This recipe is from Food network and sounds wonderful. The thing I like best about the olive oil is it does not taste oily and is very light".
I will be ordering again. Thanks

I served your olive oil with some Dukkah as an
appetizer and my guests went crazy for it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
