While the Vietnamese may crave a good bowl of pho, the English a sturdy curry, for Americans it has got to be a large, piping hot bowl of chili.

Our Cowbiy Chili blend was made with my husband Bill in mind. He loves to eat a rich, flavorful bowl of chile. When we lived in Colorado, I became pretty good at making chili in mega batches. After a day of hiking or skiing at 9,000 feet, you become ravenous! Inevitably, the group would converge at our house. As you can well imagine, a bland old pot of chili would have been a serious disappointment. I guess I can sum up the experience simply...never have so few eaten so much!
So without reservation, I can recommend our "skier tested" chili. It is really tasty with just the right amount of heat and a big compelling flavor that comes from our very special mix of chilies, cumin, oregano and other spices.
