Aleppo Chili has been a favorite of mine from the first time, I tasted it. It exudes a slight acidity with hints of fruit. Lightly oiled, it is never bitter. It adds wonderful flavor to slow cooked dishes. Cooks who like to prepare stews and hearty soups, will just love it.
Dry Harrisa of all the chili blends we make this one is most surprising. Made with our Marash chili, it carries a ton of flavor without being too hot or too spicy.
