This is the brine mix for turkey, pork or game.
It is a delightful herbal blend of marjoram and juniper berries
that carries a ton of flavor into the meat.

I do not add salt to this mix, as I feel it is silly to expect
my customers to pay for something they probably have
in their pantry!
