We stand behind our products.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our seasoning products,
you can replace the item with a different item of similar value or you can return
it for a refund
of the purchase price to your credit card.
If you returning an item, please follow these
steps
Please repack the non-spice item in its original
packaging and follow these steps:
1.
Email our customer service department, customerservice@julietmae.com
Please supply:
Your name, email, person who purchased the item,
packing
list number or invoice number.
2.
You will receive a return authorization and the
return address
3.
Return the purchase with our insured carrier, UPS.
4.
Retain the shipping receipt and keep it in safe
place. This receipt will
provide you with a
recourse if the item is lost during shipping.
5.
Please note: We do not recommend that you send
returns via the US Postal Service.
If an item is lost, it
may take a fairly long time to receive a claim
6.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
7.
Refunds will not be issued without an
authorization number
8.
Refunds on cookware or other non-spice items will
not be issued if the item has been used to prepare food or has been “seasoned”
in anticipation of use.
